Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are entered into between you, hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your” andhttps://biswap.org/(hereinafter referred to as “Biswap”) as defined below.
Reference to “you” and “your” in these Terms are references to any person using or accessing or attempting to use or access this page.
Reference to the “Grand Event” in these Terms are references to Biswap Grand Event.
By submitting your form on this page, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions stipulated in these Terms of Use, hereinafter referred to as “these Terms” or “Terms”.
By submitting your form on this page, you acknowledge and agree that such action represents your true decision to participate in the Grand Event.
By submitting your form on this page, you give consent to share your full name, TG handle as well as your phone number with Biswap for the purpose of Biswap Grand Event.
By submitting your form on this page, you allow Biswap to contact you in case you appear in the winner list.
In case you appear in the winner list, you will be contacted by Biswap team. You will need to reply to Biswap representative within 48 hours in order to be eligible for the prize. If you do not reply to the message from Biswap representative within 48 hours, you will be automatically disqualified.
All the quiz questions have to be answered correctly in order for the application form to be accepted.
Once the event is over Biswap reserves 30 days to process all the applications before announcing the winners.
Winners of the Grand Event will be randomly selected by a third party - Chainlink and will be published on this page.
All the prizes will be shipped to the winners no longer than seven days after the announcement of the winners.
All the participants that appear in the winner list will need to undergo the KYC process by submitting their ID documents. In case a winner does not undergo the KYC process by not providing an ID document and/or not proving the ownership of the Twitter and TG profiles, he/she will be automatically disqualified from the event.
Biswap will use your personal information such as your full name, your wallet, TG handle and phone number to make sure all the Grand Event conditions are met and to communicate with you in case you appear in the winner list.
The temporary storage of your personal information by Biswap is necessary for the purpose of this event.
Your personal information collected as part of the registration process for the Grand Event will be deleted 5 days after the event.
Biswap will carefully restrict access to your personal information to employees, contractors and third parties. Only one person in charge of data treatment will have access to the full names.
Biswap knows that you care about how the information we receive from you is used and we take your privacy seriously. By collecting your personal data as part of the registration process for the Grand Event Biswap undertakes to keep your personal data strictly confidential and will ensure your personal data is not disclosed to, or seen, used or obtained by any person or entity. Biswap will hold and maintain your personal data in strictest confidence for the sole and exclusive benefit of the disclosing party.
Be aware that all official announcements, news, promotions, competitions and airdrops will be published via Biswap official Telegram channel: (https://t.me/biswap_news). Users undertake to refer to these materials promptly and on a regular basis. Any reliance you place on the information provided by unofficial Biswap’s channels is therefore strictly at your own risk.
The Grand Event is active during this period: 02:00-02:00 PM (UTC), 9-30 September. The quiz will be closed at 02:00 PM (UTC) on 30 September.

Winners’ Selection Process by the Biswap Team

Reviewing all of the candidates was precise and with the eye of Biswap professionals. We received over 2 000 potential winners randomly selected by Chainlink. However, there are only 40 places available for lucky winners.

We want to tell you how the product of the winners’ selection went gradually.

1) Chainlink & Potential Winners

The Biswap team received a list of potential winners of the Grand Event randomly selected by a third party - Chainlink.

2) Duplicates

There may be a few duplicates on the potential winners’ list.

The thing is that in the initial list of potential winners of Chainlink there were not enough winners. From the first list the Biswap team has indicated 17 winners (users who completed all the conditions). So to gather the other 23 winners, our team requested additional random selection by Chainlink. Due to the peculiarities of internal algorithms, Chainlink included in the second list a certain number of participants from the previous list who didn't pass KYC. Our moderators didn’t consider them because it is possible to participate in the Grand Event only once.

3) Correct Answers in the Quiz

As a second step in the selection of the winners, the Biswap team examined whether users responded correctly to all 10 questions in the quiz.

4) Social Media Actions

The Biswap team reviewed the completion of the conditions on Social Media, namely:

Subscription to Biswap Twitter, TG Channel & Chat, quoted RT of our post on Twitter with #biswap_in_paris, the tag of 3 friends & Biswap official profile. Once the Biswap team detected uncompleted conditions, the reason for disqualification was input into the list of potential winners.

5) KYC | Identity Verification

All the participants that completed all the conditions were required to undergo the KYC process by submitting their ID documents to Biswap Representatives. Unfortunately, not all winners replied within 48 hours, included real names or dates of birth in the application forms, or provided an ID document. Winners who didn’t meet the requirements were automatically disqualified from the event.

The Biswap team attentively verified all the data from winners, and those who met all the conditions and passed the KYC joined the official list of winners.

As you see, the Biswap team precisely chose the 40 winners. You can see them in this list: https://biswap.org/blockchain_week. The winners will get a letter of congratulations, and a reward announcement via the Biswap Twitter page and are also asked to provide an address to which they wish to get their prize.
